Star crossed

me in a hatThe Star-Crossed Slouchy Beret is an insanely popular pattern. As of today, there are 9,541 projects on Ravelry.

It is knit on big needles and there is no purling aside from the brim so it goes fast!

I cast this on a while ago but never finished because I was running out of yarn.  I really love the way the decreases look in the pattern but I ended up doing a few rounds of k2tog to finally finish up the project and it turned out great.  Here is my project page for this hat.

Pattern: Star-Crossed Slouchy Beret by Natalie Larson (ravelry link)

Yarn: Diamond Luxury baby alpaca sport, one skein

Needles: 6.5mm and 8mm

Points:
